Scott Farrell is a longtime Tampa attorney who concentrates his practice in the area of real estate, with an emphasis on residential and commercial closing and title services. Scott also represents a number of growing companies in transactional, regulatory and healthcare matters. Scott has an extensive background in higher education, media and consumer products. Scott is a current board member of the Eastin Center for Career Readiness at Oklahoma State University. Prior to joining the Eastin Center Board, Scott served seven years as a board member of the College at Brockport Foundation, as well as a member of the University of Florida Athletic Department’s Fan Advisory Council. Scott spent 10 years as a member of the University of South Florida Medical Institutional Review Board. Scott has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Tampa. He is the former host of The Farrell Files on WTSP Channel 10 and the Scott Farrell Show on AM 820 in Tampa Bay. Scott also serves as the CEO of Ideas Twins, LLC Happegear®, a consumer products manufacturer. Scott is a member of the Leadership Tampa Class of 2001. He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and holds an M.A. from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida with a concentration in media regulation. Scott received his B.S. in History from the College at Brockport, State University of New York.
